So, before I booked my session I had wanted to do a boudoir shoot for a long time. However, during a honeymoon stupor, one thing led to another, and baby number two was born. I dance for a living and seeing my body be a different shape both during and after pregnancy really hit me hard this time. I felt the most opposite of sexy that I could. My best friend was interested in doing a shoot for her wedding but was nervous to do it alone, so I said fuck it and booked my shoot with Stephanie.

GUYS.  It was an AMAZING experience!

From the moment I walked in Stephanie made me feel so comfortable, like a friend I hadn’t seen in years. I had brought some of my own pieces from home, that were sorta cute, nothing fancy. Stephanie was just honest and really helped me understand which pieces would look best for me. I was THRILLED that she just didn’t let me wear whatever, and really guided me through what I was wearing.

Now, being a dancer I am more comfortable than most taking my clothes off in front of strangers. But Stephanie was so professional and personal the entire time, it really made me feel like a piece of art instead of just posing naked for the camera.

Above all my favorite thing about the whole experience is how welcoming Stephanie has been even after the photoshoot. Joining the VIP group on Facebook and being able to see all the uplifting comments is really a breath of fresh air. I’m very happy I had my photos taken, would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone!
