Lacey | Studio Boudoir Session || Iowa City Boudoir Photographer

I could tell as soon as Lacey walked into the studio that we were going to have the best session!  She’s a life-long dancer, so we opted to pair one of her pieces of lingerie with some over-the-knee socks.  (Both from my client closet!)  I absolutely LOVE how that turned out and really feel like her session has more of a lifestyle/magazine vibe to it. 🙂

I scheduled a boudoir session with Stephanie because I really wanted to experience something new and do something to help me love myself even more.  I was really nervous about being judged, but I was not judged at all!  When I showed up at Stephanie’s house I felt comfortable, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything seemed clean and organized. I loved the music because it helped make everything relaxing and energetic.

The recommendations for hair and makeup Stephanie gave me were awesome! I didn’t want to wash my face or hair because it looked and made me feel so amazing! I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into this but I loved how comfortable Stephanie made me feel just as I walked in the door. She is very warm and fuzzy and makes you feel right at home!

Her studio is beautiful and I felt jealous of how cozy it was compared to my house! During my session I felt confident, super sexy, and sassy and now that I’ve done a boudoir session I look through my photos as often as I can. There are too many things to say what I loved most because the whole experience was amazing! I can’t wait for my next session with her and I am talking my bestie into doing one after her wedding!
